*** Supporting the learning and development of pupils aged 3-7.

The successful candidate for this KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant will have at least a bachelor’s degree in their chosen field, as well as a passion for the education of young learners. They will be committed to following safeguarding procedures to maintain the safety and security of pupils and will have a drive to pursue a career in the education field. A natural ability to build positive relationships with children is essential, in addition to a warm personality. Previous experience of working with pupils is not mandatory but would be advantageous.
The Role
Assisting teaching staff in the delivery of high-quality lessons.
Providing pupils with clear feedback to improve progression.
Creating individual support strategies and adapting learning materials to suit individual pupils’ needs.
Supporting pupils on 1-2-1 and small group bases, across the syllabus.
Assisting staff in the running of extracurricular activities.
