Location: Worthing
Hourly rate: £14.13 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:15-16:00, Friday: 08:30-13:00

Key Responsibilities:
As a Kitting Operative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling kits according to specific production requirements
Kitting work orders : putting parts in a tote following a list of parts.
Picking items from an order sheet.
Must be able to handle small components

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in a kitting or assembly role within a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
