We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth running of our busy kitchen operation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high food standards and working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily kitchen operations and support the Kitchen Manager.

* Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy periods.

* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

* Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures are followed.

* Monitor stock levels, ordering and food waste.

* Support staff rotas and daily team allocation.

* Train and coach team members on kitchen procedures.

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen.

* Address operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately.

* Ensure Company policies and procedures are consistently followed.

About You

* Previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Kitchen Team Leader, Sous Chef or similar.

* Experience supervising and supporting a kitchen team.

* Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP.

* Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.

* Commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

* Japanese or Asian cuisine experience is desirable but not essential.
