About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kitchen Designer to join their team in Shropshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, sales-driven individual with a passion for kitchen design and customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating inspiring kitchen designs, delivering excellent customer experiences and helping drive showroom sales. The role is full-time, five days a week, including weekends, with a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Create inspirational kitchen designs tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.
Ensure all orders are complete, accurate and delivered within the allocated timeframe.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the designs, showroom service and overall customer experience.
Manage and allocate online appointment requests, telephone enquiries and walk-in customers to the appropriate designers.
Work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy throughout the design and ordering process.
Manage time effectively while providing a proactive and professional service.
Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to the continued success of the business.
Requirements / Skills:
Previous experience in kitchen design, including sales.
Working knowledge of relevant design software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
A full, valid driving licence.
Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
A proactive, self-motivated and driven attitude.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A flexible, disciplined approach with the ability to problem-solve when required.
A passion for kitchen design, customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
What’s on Offer:
£30,000–£35,000 basic salary.
