What You'll Be Doing
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an essential role in keeping busy kitchens running smoothly by:
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
Cleaning kitchen equipment, work surfaces and food preparation areas
Sweeping and mopping floors while maintaining excellent hygiene standards
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
Supporting chefs and kitchen teams during busy service periods
Following all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
A full UK driving licence holder with access to their own vehicle (essential)
Reliable, hardworking and dependable
Experienced as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar kitchen environment
Knowledgeable about food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
Confident working efficiently in busy kitchens
Able to build positive working relationships quickly
Physically fit and happy working on your feet throughout your shift
