Description:
We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter with a passion for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail to join a growing team delivering premium kitchen installations across South Wales.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has experience fitting high-end kitchens, and can consistently deliver exceptional finishes that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
* Full installation of bespoke and luxury kitchens
* Fitting cabinets, worktops, appliances, and finishing trims
* Reading and working from technical drawings and plans
* Ensuring installations are completed to the highest standard
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Liaising professionally with clients and other trades on-site
* Identifying and resolving installation issues efficiently
Requirements
* Proven experience fitting high-end or bespoke kitchens
* Strong carpentry and joinery skills
* Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools preferred
* Strong customer-facing communication skills
