Job Role - Kitchen Fitter / Carpenter
Location - Norfolk & North Suffolk
8 week contract
Van and Fuel card provided
Pay Rate - £16per hour PAYE or £20per hour CIS
DBS Check will be conducted
ARC Group are currently recruiting for a local authority for Kitchen Fitter / Carpenter in Norfolk to join their maintenance team on a short term basis. The works are on social housing properties on thei rplanned works team.
Working hours are 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and early finishes on Friday.
Role requirements for Painter/Decorator:
Must have proven experience in painting and decorating (ideally on social housing)
Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport
Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
Full driving licence & van/car required
