Location: West Midlands
Salary: From £28,000 per annum + Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Predominantly Night Shifts
Driving Licence: Preferred

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Extraction Technician to join our expanding team.
This is a hands-on role carrying out the cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of commercial kitchen extraction systems across restaurants, pubs, hotels, care homes, and other commercial premises throughout the West Midlands.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean commercial kitchen extraction and grease duct systems
* Clean canopies, filters, fans, and ventilation equipment
* Remove grease and contaminants in accordance with industry standards
* Work safely at height using appropriate access equipment
* Complete inspection reports and job documentation
* Work effectively as part of a two-person team
What We're Looking For

* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Able to work at height when required
* Strong team player
* Willing to travel to sites across the West Midlands
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
* Kitchen extraction cleaning
* Commercial cleaning
* Ductwork or ventilation cleaning
* Facilities management
* Engineering or maintenance
* Hospitality or commercial kitchens
* Working at height
However, full training will be provided.
