About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work as a Kitchen Sales Designer, creating and selling high-quality kitchen designs while building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will manage projects from initial consultation through to completion, delivering exceptional design solutions and ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone within the showroom.
Meet with customers to prepare and develop design briefs and quotations.
Design and present inspiring kitchen solutions with strong attention to detail.
Use CAD and design software (e.g. Compusoft / Winner Design desirable) to produce accurate plans.
Where required, carry out home surveys to support accurate design work.
Sell and design luxury kitchen projects ranging from mid to high-value installations.
Manage customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion where required.
Liaise with installation teams to support smooth project delivery.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with excellent aftersales service.
Requirements / Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience within the kitchen industry is essential.
Strong background in kitchen sales and design.
Experience working with CAD design software (Winner Design / Compusoft preferred).
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
Showroom experience is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
