We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join a friendly school catering team in Hyde.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants part-time hours that fit around family or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with food preparation and serving meals to pupils and staff
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen
Washing up and cleaning kitchen equipment
Supporting the catering team during busy lunch periods
Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all timesWhat We're Looking For:
Previous kitchen, catering, or school catering experience is desirable
A positive, hardworking attitude
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous (or willingness to obtain one) !!!!What We Offer:
