Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom fitter within the Wrexham area.
Requirements:
Experienced in installations of bathrooms and kitchens
Must be able to read from drawings and designs and fit out to spec.
Need to have a good level of plumbing experience, mainly copper and plastic 1st fix in domestic dwellings, some outside drainage experience (soil stacks etc). Also, must be able to 2nd fix in a bathroom too, fitting toilets, basins, baths, showers etc.
Must be able to remove old tiles and replace with new and have experience in plastic ceiling installs.
Basic electrical understanding as larger electrical jobs will be given to a spark.
If the bathroom is taken down to bare brick, you need to be able to board the room out (plasterboard) – Plasterer will be sent to plaster the room before tiling.
Must have own hand and power tools required for the job.
Full clean driving licence.
Benefits:
£31,500 p/a
40 hour week, 8.15am-17.15pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
21 days holiday plus Bank Hols – don’t work Bank Hols – 1 week must be saved for xmas holidays
