Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.
Collaborating closely with teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Offering individualised support and encouragement to students facing learning challenges
Assisting in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources and activities
Monitoring student progress with care and diligence, ensuring no one is left behind.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a KS2 environment
Demonstrated proficiency in implementing successful interventions.
Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate demeanour
Genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or related fields
