Hours of Work:
8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Term Time Only, Full Time
Location: Newham, East London
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and guiding their development? Our esteemed school situated in the diverse borough of Newham, East London, is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) with Intervention Experience to join our vibrant team.
Pay – £85-100 per day
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Key Stage 2 TA with Intervention Experience, you will:
• Play a pivotal role in providing targeted support to students in their academic and personal growth.
• Deliver tailored interventions to address the unique learning needs of individual students, both independently and in small groups.
• Work closely with class teachers, you will implement effective strategies to overcome learning challenges.
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every student feels valued will be central to your role.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a focus on Key Stage 2, and a background in interventions.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their educational development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• A proactive approach to supporting student learning, with the ability to adapt interventions to meet individual needs.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are highly desirable.
