About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our dynamic team. This part-time role (3 days per week) offers a competitive salary of £85-£100 per day. This position has become available due to the expansion of our team to better support our growing student body and enhance our intervention programs.

As a Key Stage 2 TA, you will work with a vibrant class of 28 students, providing crucial support in boosters and interventions. This role offers a collaborative environment, ongoing professional development opportunities, and the chance to make a significant impact on our students' educational journey.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with Key Stage 2 students.

• A passion for education and helping children achieve their full potential.

• Knowledge of boosters and intervention strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

• Provide targeted interventions to help students meet learning objectives

.• Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.

• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
