The Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons.

Establish clear expectations and maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.

Create a calm, structured and positive learning environment.

*

Build positive relationships with pupils while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

*

Differentiate learning effectively to meet the needs of all pupils.

*

Monitor progress and use assessment to inform future teaching.

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers

We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

*

Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.

Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.

Be confident in setting clear expectations and following behaviour policies consistently.

Have high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and conduct.

Be enthusiastic, resilient and committed to supporting children's development.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be able to work effectively as part of a supportive school team.
