About the role: We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Key Stage 2 students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. This full-time, long-term position starts in September 2024 and is a new addition to our growing team, reflecting our commitment to expanding and enhancing our educational offerings. The class includes a diverse group of students with a range of abilities and backgrounds. Some students may have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), and you will have the support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to help manage small groups and ensure individualised attention.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS and be registered with the relevant teaching authorities.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching KS2 students is highly desirable.
• Passion for Education: A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners.
• Enhanced DBS Check: Must have a current and enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and can achieve their full potential.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them succeed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
