Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students, including those with SEND.
- Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to implement individualized education plans and accommodations.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and promotes empathy and understanding.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, particularly those with SEND, preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEND practices and strategies for differentiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in all students.
