About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA) With an Intervention background to join our team in Collindale, London. This part-time role, with specific days per week to be confirmed, focuses on supporting EAL students. Starting immediately and with no fixed end date, this position is a new addition to our team, aimed at enhancing educational support for our Key Stage 1 students, particularly those with English as an Additional Language.

• Experience working with Key Stage 1 students, preferably with a focus on interventions and EAL.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored interventions to support children with EAL, ensuring they have the necessary language skills to access the curriculum.
• Assist classroom teachers in planning and implementing effective learning activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to reinforce learning objectives.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet individual student needs.
