Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA)

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £85-£100 per day

Location: Finchley

About the role:

As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA), you'll play a vital role in supporting students who need additional assistance in mastering key concepts. Your main focus will be on providing boosters and interventions to help bridge any learning gaps. Whether it's one-on-one support or small group activities, your creativity and dedication will make a difference in these young learners' lives.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with Key Stage 1 students preferred.

• Knowledge of boosters and interventions strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the class teacher to identify areas where students need extra support.

• Plan and deliver targeted interventions to help students catch up with the curriculum.

• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure student success.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
