Primary Teacher

Start date: September 2024

A lovely Primary school in Quinton is seeking to appoint a Year 1 Teacher from September 2024, on a full-time basis up to the end of the academic year in July 2025.

This is a fantastic, 2-form entry school. Having worked alongside this school for several years to support their staffing needs, they have an incredibly supportive community and staff team who are warm, friendly and helpful. Their key vision is to provide children with a safe and creative environment where they can have the confidence to be themselves.

The successful Teacher will be covering a delightful Year 1 class, who will be at a crucial stage in their learning. It is an ideal role for a Primary Teacher with experience working in KS1, who has a thorough understanding of the learning outcomes required in the National Curriculum for this year group. You must be committed, flexible and most importantly, an excellent team player.

Applicants need to have:

Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs encouraged to apply)
High expectations of children’s achievement and progress
A creative, innovative approach to teaching
A real desire to make a positive difference to children
