The Role
As the Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to ensure excellent outcomes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to promote pupil achievement.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and its ongoing development.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or demonstrate a strong understanding of the curriculum.
Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Be a reflective practitioner who is eager to contribute to a collaborative school team.
