Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
Foster a love of learning and curiosity in all students.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for Education: A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational journey.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with students and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and classroom tasks efficiently.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
