We're seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join one of our large primary schools on a temporary to permanent contract, starting ASAP and extending into the next academic year. Located in North Leeds, you'll play a vital role in their vibrant school community.

Role Overview:

Position: Learning Support Assistant (KS1)
Duration: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Location: North Leeds
Pay: £85-£100 per day (based on experience)Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and those facing learning difficulties.
Foster a nurturing learning environment conducive to growth and progress.
Implement effective teaching strategies to enhance phonics development.
Collaborate with teachers to facilitate the academic and personal development of each student.
Encourage and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.Requirements:

Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not essential.
Graduates or individuals with child-related degrees are encouraged to apply.
Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and provide individualised support.
