Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of bespoke joinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.

* Collaborate with the production team to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

* Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in construction related sales and knowledge of the bespoke joinery industry.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Existing client / business lead portfolio is a massive plus.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Knowledge of joinery and woodworking processes is a plus.
