Our UK & Ireland team, stationed in Takeley, Essex, is experiencing unprecedented growth. We're on the lookout for a Junior Key Account Manager to invigorate our presence across Grocery, Trade, and High Street channels. Here's what you'll dive into:

* Develop and execute strategies to not just meet, but exceed our commercial targets, all while adhering to budgetary and strategic guidelines.

* Cultivate robust Joint Business Plans with key accounts, aimed at propelling us past growth milestones.

* Identify and secure new key accounts to expand our market dominion and unlock fresh avenues for growth.

* Collaborate with Category Management to ensure 'shelf excellence' and maximize our distribution footprint.

* Analyze promotional endeavors to ensure they yield a positive return on investment and align seamlessly with our financial and strategic objectives.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of Key Account Management experience within the FMCG realm.

* Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports, deciphering data, and distilling insights that drive action.

* Familiarity with the intricacies of brand marketing, category management, and supply chain dynamics.

* A pulse on the Household Cleaning market, coupled with a relentless sales drive.

* High emotional intelligence to navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes.

* A positive, determined demeanor, coupled with a passion for our customers and the digital realm.
