Key Account Manager

Description:

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for fostering relationships with key customers within the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.

You will be using your strong communications skills to identify and develop business opportunities for supply chain technology and services including Mobile Computing, Barcode Scanning, RFID, Label Printing and associated services.

Responsibilities:

Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via telephone and

other lead generation methods

Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure

sales targets are consistently met

Reactivating lapsed accounts

Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in Microsoft

Dynamics CRM system

Collaborating with Technical, Commercial, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes

Skills / qualities required:

Good written and verbal communications skills, especially by phone

Experience in business development and account management

Ability to build lasting commercial relationships

Experience in business planning to ensure revenue and margin targets are met

Enthusiasm, confidence and inquisitiveness

Self-motivated, tenacious and able to handle rejection

Hours of work:

This is a Full-Time position - 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
