Key Account Manager
* Sunderland
* £35,000 - £40,000
* Monday – Friday
* Hybrid option after passing probation
One of Europe’s largest communications companies is searching for a talented Key Account Manager to join their Client Services team.
Working for a high-profile local employer, you will manage and develop a close working relationship with various key accounts, ensuring all clients requirements are fulfilled to the highest standard.
Your Experience
· Proven background in Key Account Management, ideally dealing with a blue-chip client base
· Self-starter with a passion for delivering & meeting targets
· Interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate professionally with clients at all levels
· A proficient IT user with a good standard of literacy
The Role
· Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with your clients and key decision makers
· Manage the retention, expansion and overall satisfaction of your client base
· Serve as a single point of contact for client issues; responsible for overseeing the plan of action to resolve those issues
· Work closely with internal departments to ensure you meet the agreed clients service level agreement
