Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£50,000+ OTE)

Our client is an established, high-end independent showroom located in Cheshire. They pride themselves on delivering bespoke, high-quality designs paired with exceptional customer service. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented and enthusiastic KBB Designer to join their dedicated team.
The Role
As KBB Designer, you will be the face of the showroom, guiding clients through their entire journey. You’ll combine technical design expertise with a consultative sales approach to turn design concepts into dream layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Planning: Produce creative, technically accurate, and visually stunning 3D kitchen designs using Winner software
* Client Consultation: Meet with customers in the showroom and on-site to understand their lifestyle, space requirements, and budget
* Sales & Presentation: Present designs with passion, handle objections, and close sales effectively while maintaining a high customer satisfaction standard
* Project Coordination: Carry out accurate home surveys and liaise with fitting teams, suppliers, and tradespeople to ensure seamless delivery and installation
* Showroom Management: Keep the showroom looking immaculate and act as a welcoming host for prospective clients
About You
We are looking for an experienced designer who lives and breathes KBB design, with a strong track record of closing sales in the KBB sector.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 18 months of proven experience designing and selling in the UK KBB industry
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Compusoft Winner CAD software is essential
* Design & Technical Ability: Strong understanding of room layouts, technical installation requirements, service drawing preparation, and product ranges
* Sales Drive: Excellent commercial awareness with a proven ability to work to sales targets and close high-value projects
* Communication: Brilliant interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a warm, professional manner
* Licence: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
