As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen:

Assist with menu planning and seasonal dish development
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Train and support junior team members
Help manage stock control and minimise waste
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintainedWhat we're looking for

Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced food
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
Level 2 Food Safety qualification preferred
