Junior sous chef
£30k per annum + service charge
A fantastic opportunity for an upcoming chef to join a growing and successfull hotel in Windsor. This will be the perfect role for you to work alongside the head chef and a small friendly team, cooking with fresh, high quality ingredients to execute beautiful seasonal dishes. Based in Windsor.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a chef managing all sections of the kitchen
* Ability to train and develop the junior team
* Stock counting experience
* Solid H&S procedure knowledge
* Working and producing meals for the main kitchen and lounge area
* Supporting the Head Chef in each service
