REMOTE WORKING
£23,000 – £26,000 (DOE) + Company Benefits

How does working for a leading and expanding, bespoke software development company with over 30 years of experience in digital transformation sound?
As the Junior Software Developer, you will be learning to work with their existing products, until you're confident enough to gradually take ownership of one of them. This will include designing new features with clients and maintaining a product roadmap.

As the Graduate Developer you will have significant time to be involved in a range of other projects and initiatives, within the business, which will give you plenty of opportunity to learn.
Responsibilities:
* You will need to be able to design, prototype and implement new features based on user stories.
* You may be asked to create user stories for features that require development.
* You will eventually be responsible for creating units of work (Tasks) to fulfil users’ stories.
* Writing Unit/UI tests
* Ensuring that new features don't break existing functionality by reviewing feedback from the CI/CD process.
* Diagnosing faults anywhere within the tech stack.
* Graduate Developer will be tasked with writing tests to confirm the fault.
* Implementing fixes.
Key Skills:
* Experience with Web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Knowledge of C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC, Razor & jQuery.
* Understand how version control systems work.
* Some understanding of Object Orientated Design, SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
* Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server in particular) and ORMs (NHibernate).
** Remote working, anywhere with a time zone no more than 2 hours difference from the UK.
