Time 4 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Junior Site Manager to join a dynamic construction company in Bristol City Centre , who are a highly reputable market leader in new build and renovation of luxury hotels across the UK including their leisure facilities, historic buildings, office and conference companies, restaurants and bars.
We require a Junior Site Managers with new build, fit out or refurbishment experience for 12 months work to start ASAP !!! To be selected for this role you must have worked on previous new build and fit out projects.
You will be acting as Junior Site Manager on this project and you will support the project manager and you will assist with overseeing all site activities including, labour and sub-contractors to achieve successful completion in line with the set time frame and Company and Customer expectations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Site Manager to gain experience working on a heritage project with training and development
Key Responsibilities as Junior Site Manager
You will be responsible for, although not limited to:
* Assistant the Site Management team with supervising all workers on site.
* Liaising with main contractors and Sub Contractors
* Tool box talk and RAMS
* Ensuring the package is on time against programme
* Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.
* Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands.
* Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
* Oversee the productivity of Site staff and report any issues.
Certificates required for this role:
* SMSTS OR SSSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
