Are you an passionate and dynamic Junior Sister/Charge Nurse with a passion for Oncology? Our client is looking for someone just like you to join their outstanding Cancer Nursing Team at one of their state-of-the-art cancer centres in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant difference to the unit and its patients.

This role offers an attractive salary of up to £51,000, along with fantastic benefits. This is a full-time position, with working hours from Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

As the new Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Palliative care and Oncology CNS.
Providing the education programme at the centre.
Leading from the front, supporting your team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care.
Acting as a role model for the company's values, ensuring all your patients physical and emotional needs are met.
Using your expert leadership skills to coach, mentor and engage with your team.Package and Benefits:

As a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, you’ll be eligible for:

A current NMC Nurse registration.
Experience in Chemotherapy administration.
Post registration experience within oncology setting.
Clinical skills in venepuncture, cannulation and the administration of intravenous drugs.If you've previously held or are interested in the following roles: Oncology Nurse, Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Palliative Care Nurse, or Nurse Educator, then this Junior Sister/Charge Nurse role could be the perfect fit for you.
