React Developer / Redux Developer
A fantastic opportunity for a Junior React Developer to further their career by working for a leading international investment bank.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building robust and scalable web applications using React and Redux. You will also have proficiency in Java to develop APIs on the server-side, providing seamless integration between the UI and backend systems.
The role requires an understanding of best practices, agile methodologies such as Scrum, and DevOps principles.
Key Responsibilities for React Developer:
* Frontend Development: Design and develop efficient, reusable, and reliable React components for building modern web applications.
* State Management: Implement Redux architecture to manage application state effectively, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
* Server-side Development: Develop RESTful APIs using Java to serve data and functionalities required by the frontend components.
* Code Quality Assurance: Enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable codebase.
* Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver integrated solutions.
* Agile Development: Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to the iterative development process.
* Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, adhering to DevOps principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in React.js and Redux for building responsive and interactive web applications.
* Understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
* Experience in server-side development using Java, along with the Spring Boot framework.
* Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
* Solid grasp of software development best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
* Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum or other iterative methodologies.
