Description:
We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in manual execution of acceptance test cases
* Learning and applying basic programming skills
* Assisting in resolution of support issues and incidents
* Collaborating with Software Engineers and Product Owners
* Reporting automated test results
* Providing basic load and stress testing
* Analysing test results
The successful candidate will have:
* Familiarity with a programming language such as Java
* Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies
* Understanding of Agile principles and practices
* Experience working as part of a team
* Knowledge of Postman (desirable)
