Junior Purchase Ledger Clerk
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £21,157.50 - £25,000.00
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Location: Ipswich (Office Based)
Role Overview:

Ensuring the Purchase Ledger is kept up to date and accurately maintained.
There may be the opportunity for the successful candidate to go onto further accountancy based qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing and matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
*
Liaising with colleagues across the business
*
Assisting with the reconciliation of supplier accounts and statements
Required Experience & Qualifications:
*
Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grade 5 or above in both Maths and English.
*
Any experience in this type of role is a benefit although not necessary.
*
Candidate must be competent in using Microsoft programmes; Excel, Word and Outlook.
