My client is looking for another creative, organised and motivated Junior Proposals Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline who is looking to develop their career within a professional and fast-paced construction environment.

Working closely with the bids/proposals and wider business development team, you will help coordinate and produce high-quality tender submissions, presentations, company credentials and other marketing materials. You will play an important role in ensuring that our proposals are visually engaging, accurate, well-structured and delivered to a consistently high standard.

No previous experience in construction or bids / proposals is essential. We are looking for someone with strong creative skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Junior Proposals Coordinator roles & responsibilities

Assist with the coordination and production of tender and proposal submissions from initial brief through to final submission.
Create and format visually engaging proposal documents, presentations and supporting materials.
Develop layouts, graphics, diagrams, infographics and other visual content to communicate information clearly and effectively.
Work with internal teams to gather project information, imagery, case studies, CVs and other relevant content.
Help ensure proposals are consistent with company branding and visual guidelines.
Coordinate deadlines, submissions and document requirements, keeping accurate records throughout the process.
Proofread and quality-check documents for formatting, accuracy, consistency and presentation.
Support the preparation of presentations, interview materials and other business development collateral.
Organise and maintain proposal content, templates, imagery and other digital assets.
Liaise with colleagues across the business to obtain information and ensure submissions are completed on time.
Assist with general marketing and business development activities as required.
Stay up to date with design trends, presentation techniques and best practice in proposal development.Junior Proposals Coordinator requirements

A recent graduate, or early-career professional, with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications or a related subject.
Creative, with a strong eye for layout, typography, imagery and visual presentation.
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
Experience using Adobe InDesign
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.Proposal Manager Benefits
