The role
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll ensure an effective project delivery, striving to achieve established goals and objectives to time, cost and quality. The Project Manager role will be undertaken by a SQEP resource allowing a single point of management contact with customer.

your duties and responsibilities will be 
Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects. Consult with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.
You will be implementing and maintaining effective integrated project execution strategies and plans. Providing accurate and timely information and reports regarding the project status, activities and performance.
Liaising with customer Project Manager to create the overall strategy and subsequently plan delivery of the program and individual project packages in line with this.
Implementing and maintaining effective communication to the project team and stakeholders.
Identifying and monitoring project risks (threats and opportunities) and planning and implementing response to these and responding to other issues that affect the project.You will have the following qualifications and experience 
Able to work flexibly as part of a team, asking for & giving support as needed.
Able to initiate & learn to prioritise own workload.
Enthusiasm for working with people from all walks of life.
Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members. Understand the need for confidentiality.
Curious in your thinking and apply your technical knowledge to analyse problems and create innovative solutions.
 Be results driven mentality with an ability to achieve set objectives.
Enthusiastic about your own career development and a motivation to learn.Other key skills and experience
Have a degree in Project Management or relevant field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager on a Nuclear site or highly regulated site.  
Have previous experience managing high value projects.
Understand the principles and practices of planning, risk and cost management at program and project levels.
Have awareness of the stage-gate principles of project delivery.
