Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Project Administrator to support the Project Team with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include booking accommodation and travel for engineers, ensuring budget adherence, preparing RAMS, maintaining project folders, and uploading reports. You will work closely with Project Managers on rolling out new stores and other initiatives. Effective time management, task prioritization, and initiative are essential. Training on company-specific processes will be provided, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy is required.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Team with administrative tasks.
Book accommodation and travel for engineers.
Prepare RAMS using templates and create PDFs.
Collate drawing packs using approved databases.
Maintain project folders and upload reports to customer portals.
Send time-sensitive updates to customers and stakeholders.
Update financial information in Sage 200.
Create purchase and sales orders, ensuring correct nominal usage.
Maintain project trackers using Excel.
Place hardware orders for deployments.
Monitor personal inbox, handle emails and correspondence promptly.Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work to deadlines and follow processes.
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility in working hours based on business needs.
Experience in a customer-facing role, servicing multiple clients or stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate time-critical activities alongside daily tasks.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and reprioritize tasks as needed.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Sage 200.
