Trainee or Senior Gadget Engineer

Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm

***Please note - this job requires previous experience in fixing iPhone's, Androids, iPads and more***

We delighted to be working with our client who works for some prestigious brands repairing & replacing gadgets, and due to their continued success they are looking for a trainee device technician to join their vibrant team based at our Great Missenden location.

Job spec as follows:

· Inspection of all types of gadgets incl smartphones, laptops, iPads, watches, game consoles

· Updating our CRM system & ensuring service standards are adhered to

· Communicating with customers where required

· Establishing if the gadget can be repaired and if the damage is consistent with the reported event

· Repairing all types of devices and completing quality checks

· Running software checks using approved software

· Data wiping and destruction of devices

· Packing devices ready for despatch

· Assisting the engineering team with other tasks and duties

· Ability to gain industry accreditation

Ideal person will have :

· An eye for detail

· A friendly personality & able to work well with others
