Supporting the selection of materials, components and manufacturing processes

Collaborating with production and assembly teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure designs can be manufactured effectively

The ability to interpret technical drawings, consider tolerances and develop practical engineering solutions

A collaborative approach and an interest in working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams

Experience of engineering calculations, structural analysis, hydraulics, mechanical assemblies or simulation software would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

You don't need to have worked with this type of specialist equipment before. The business recognises that its products require particular technical knowledge and is open to supporting the right person in developing these skills.
