Junior Marketing Manager
Salary: Competitive day rate and bonus scheme
Join our global clients Direct to Consumer (D2C) Division to spearhead marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through e-commerce store and premium retail outlets.
Responsibilities of Junior Marketing Manager
• Develop and execute D2C campaigns to encourage direct purchases, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines and legal requirements
• Implement creative strategies to communicate the benefits of buying from online
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize global assets and maintain messaging consistency across all channels
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing activities
• Assist in preparing internal presentations to showcase campaign results, learnings, and future plans
• Support Marketing Lead in budget management and reporting
• Contribute to fostering a positive team culture that celebrates success and promotes collaboration
Key competencies of a Junior Marketing Manager
• Commercial/e-commerce marketing experience
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and metrics
• Strong creative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
