ROLE: Junior Maintenance Engineer
LOCATION: Accrington
SALARY: Circa £30’000 - £32’000 dependant on experience
Profit Related Bonus Scheme
4 day working week 7am - 4pm

We are currently searching for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join the team supporting the customer and team experience from start to finish.

Junior Mechanical Engineer key skills:
Apprentice trained with a minimum of 2 years across electrical and mechanical.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Level 3 in Electrical Installation 18th Edition is desirable but not essential.
Experience with fault finding.
Forklift Truck Licence and desirable IPAF Licence.
Experience maintaining motors, trimmers and/or blades.
Maintenance and Repair of all machinery onsite.
Work closely and support any external engineers / 3rd Parties.
Involved in all new projects within the manufacturing site as the business acquires new production machinery to expand.

Junior Mechanical Engineer attributes:
Hands on approach to your work is absolutely key.
A strong interest to build your career as a Maintenance Engineer and have a flexible approach to adapt your skills to support the business with additional responsibilities i.e. small amount of building maintenance engineering if required and 10% of the role will be Electrical Engineering.
