Junior Lifecycle Manager needed for a well-known construction organisation based in Manchester who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Junior Lifecycle Manager that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate must have experience in participating in all site lifecycle condition survey work, reviewing the outcomes and preparing the associated reports.

If you're comfortable in managing customer expectations whilst undertaking surveys, effectively documenting outcomes from visits for future reference that would be a plus!

Benefits

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
25 day's holiday + Public holiday

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Junior Lifecycle Manager will include:

Participate in all site lifecycle condition survey work, reviewing the outcomes and preparing the associated reports.
Ensure all asset data relating to asset conditions is stored in the chosen asset management system, Lifecycle Asset Profile [Assessment]
Manage customer expectations whilst undertaking surveys, effectively documenting outcomes from visits for future reference.
Identify where assets are potentially failing to meet the contractual obligations with reference to environmental parameters.
Prepare cost analysis for repair and maintenance lifecycle works.
Prepare reports [System Asset Reviews] in response to identified defects raised by the User's and or FM service providers with recommendations and further actions.
Prepare reports [System Asset Reviews] in response to planned lifecycle schemes with
recommendations and further actions.
Ensure that the Lifecycle Employer's Requirements have been produced and the document has been approved by the Senior Lifecycle Manager and Technical Lifecycle Manager.
Provide weekly updates to the Construction Services Tracker [Lifecycle Tracker]
Prepare and or obtain from the relevant team members Monthly Interim Project Reports
Assisting with projects administration, including setting up orders, preparing Draw Down
Request [DDR] submissions and ensuring receipt and accuracy of timesheets and invoices;
Maintaining the filing and archiving system; Organising meetings and room bookings;
Producing documents including project minutes, agendas, style checking and proofreading;
Ensuring internal business management system (BMS) processes are adhered to, including compliance, and maintaining up-to-date records;
Attending internal/external audits and responding to audit reports;
Updating risk assessments, including workstation risk assessments, office safety assessments and office safety assessments;

What experience you need to be the successful Junior Lifecycle Manager:

Experience in general construction support duties
Proven experience with Word, Excel, and a basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Power project.
Have exceptional organisational skills and able to handle conflicting workloads and to work under pressure
Have the ability to develop effective relations with key stakeholders including management, staff, suppliers and Clients Team (Inclusive of Building Managers)
Ability to set and achieve targets via effective engagement with stakeholder
Have strong communications skills in both telephone and correspondence/report handling
