Description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior IT Engineer to join our existing onsite team.
This role is perfect for individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn and gain experience and grow their IT knowledge.
Working pattern –Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.
Working as part of an onsite team responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Taking receipt of Faulty IT Hardware.
* Fault Finding / Fixing Hardware.
* Data Wiping.
* Inventory Management.
* Hardware Reporting.
* Pick, Pack and Ship components to end users.
* Liaison with other support teams.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Windows operating system and associated technologies.
* Knowledge of peripherals.
* Familiarity with support procedures, scripts and processes
* Troubleshooting skills
