This employee-owned manufacturing company are looking for Junior Inspector to join at entry level. An element of technical knowledge/background is needed i.e. academically. A snippet of what will be involved:
Dimensional & visual Inspection
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Liquid Penetrant inspection
Magnetic Particle Testing
Calibration of Measuring Equipment
Part Marking
Elements of the training involved:
Understanding of Engineering Drawings along with associated Geometrical Tolerancing
Operation of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's) and traditional hand-held measuring equipment
Operation of other equipment required to fulfil tasks as required
Inspection techniques and procedures
Raising of reports and associate certification
The handling and reporting of non-conforming product
You will work 37 hours a week. Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays. Great benefits are on offer including: a highly competitive pension and life cover.
