Agreat opportunity to join a fast past business in a growing HR Team.
This is a brand new role working closely with the HRBP's in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR including:
* Employee Relations casework
* Partnering with Managers across the business for all HR matters
* Coach, guide and upskill managers
* Induction and onboarding into the business.
* Supporting with review of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
* Supporting the implementation and roll out into the business of a new HRIS
* HR projects
* Travel across the UK as and when required
* Based out of the Leeds Office 4 days per week with 1 day WFH
* Salary £35-40k depending on experience
