Description:
We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based organisation in their pursuit of a Junior Helpdesk Administrator to join their growing development team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fully office-based role with occasional visits to other sites.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring support tickets and answering calls
* Coordinating with suppliers
* Administration of Active Directory
* Providing both deskside and remote support
* Logging issues in the ticket system
* Working on IT related projects
The successful candidate will have:
* An understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
* Experience with Office 365
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to be proactive
* Excellent time management
* A keen interest in technology
* A willingness to learn
