Are you a highly creative individual that's finished college or graduated university? Or maybe you've got some entry/junior experience in graphic design/artworking and looking to take it to the next level?

We're recruiting for a company in Dunstable that are on the lookout for a budding Junior Graphic Designer who will help to produce a wide variety of assets from social posts, branding, pitch deck designs, product, and packaging design and much more to bring their many and diverse products and brands to life.

This role is going to be ideal for someone at the start of their career that needs support and training, which will be fully given in this company.

No day will be the same, one day you may be creating GIFs for social media, the next you'll be helping bring things to life with branded concepts and producing product concepts. The key thing is having the ability to absorb their brand, be creative and have great attention to detail.

The role is fully office based in their new Dunstable head office (Free parking on site). You would be working full time, standard office hours of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with this being a permanent contract with a salary of up to £24,000 depending on the candidate's experience.

Please note that you will not be expected to have experience in the duties below, but once trained this is what you can expect to be doing (full training will be provided).

Duties include:

Collaborate with senior designers to create visually appealing graphics for various media, including websites, social media and print materials.
Assist in the development of artwork, graphics, and layouts for packaging, product development, social media and online content.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines both internal and external to maintain a consistent visual identity, attention to detail is a key requirement.
Edit and refine images, using Adobe Photoshop.
Prepare final designs for print production and ensure files are print-ready.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and trends into the design workflow.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions.
Produce product photography to a commercial standard.Candidate requirements:

A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
An interest in photography would be a benefit.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
A creative portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
