£29,000 - £33,000 per annum + Training + Clear Progression + Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits
Mon - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, 2:00pm Friday

My client is an established manufacturer of high-end bespoke PCB products, and they are looking for a Process Engineer to join their team. The company have a fantastic portfolio of huge blue-chip customers, including BAE Systems, MOD, and the NHS, and they are on an exciting growth trajectory.
Your engineering knowledge and analytical skills with guide you in monitoring production efficiency and implementing improved processes to ultimately make production more streamline with reduced waste. First class training will be provided, which will see you moving up a clear progression path to more senior roles with enhanced financial packages. Regular overtime is available, alongside quarterly bonuses and an excellent benefits package.
